Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that there’s a lot of questions when it comes to email marketing, especially when it’s a huge, but necessary, investment.

  • We only offer a payment schedule for project-based partnerships that are over $1,000; a 65% deposit is required at the start of service and the remaining 35% is due prior to final project handoff and implementation.

    For monthly retainer services, all fees are due at the beginning of service prior to services are rendered.

  • 3 months allows us adequate time to get to understand your brand on a cellular level: learn your competition, pain points, systems, audience and more. We then create a personalized marketing strategy for you (and we tweak as needed) that we put in place and test over the next few weeks, measuring KPIs and tracking performance to make a proper assessment on how to move forward with managing your email marketing.

  • No, we do not offer a sliding scale. We require businesses to have a dedicated marketing budget to work with us at our set pricing as this helps maintain our structure for our team.

  • While SMS marketing is not a requirement, it is a supplemental tool and low-hanging fruit to help you move towards your revenue goals even more. SMS is great at getting in front of your customer to get a quick message across that’ll convert.

  • You must have:

    • Brand guidelines (completely flushed out)

    • Brand colors (some variations will be used)

    • Downloadable Typefaces/Fonts

    • High Quality Photography

    • High Quality Video

    • Attribution Software (i.e. TripleWhale, By the Numbers, etc.) for proper attributed revenue measurement

    • Shopify platform

    • Klaviyo or Omnisend (preferred ESP—if not, we will migrate you to Klaviyo if you’re an e-commerce business hosted on Shopify)

    • Dedicated inventory to be delivered (if we are doing photography and UGC content)

    If you do not have photography or videos (i.e. UGC-style content or brand specific video), we offer this as a service to help build your content library.

  • The following services are offered on a month-to-month basis:

    Email marketing management, sms management and marketing campaign development are only offered at a 3-month minimum to make the proper assessments and implement personalized frameworks tailored to your business and goals.

  • We will need to get to know your needs as a business or brand to understand what package to offer you. Every business’ needs are different and this particular offer is not a one size fits all.

    One brand may need an entire campaign shoot to include a mix of lifestyle, evergreen and seasonal photos, while another brand may only need photos for their catalog build out quarterly and monthly content creation to show on socials for seasonal merchandising.

    We tailor a package based on your needs and provide you with a personalized proposal based on your budget.

    The starting investment is at $825 for a minimum of 20 edited photos and $750 for 5 edited videos.

  • Absolutely—we’re a remote company based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex with clients across the U.S.

  • Yep. We work with clients outside of the U.S for email marketing management and virtual trainings + workshops.

    However, due to the tariffs imposed by the Trump Administration, we would not be able to offer content creation services due to the need of having your products shipped to us to fully execute.
