The Cupid Journey Automation Development takes between 6 to 8 weeks to complete to fully map out your customer journey, build the emails, and implement into Klaviyo. Time is allotted for revisions and forces outside of our control for both parties.

We only work with Klaviyo accounts and retailers based on Shopify. If you are not on Klaviyo, but would like to make the switch, we’d be happy to assist with that migration.

We utilize a mix of Photoshop (for GIF and fun creations) and Figma to streamline collaboration and execution.

We ask that you come prepared with full brand identity and guidelines, and include any and all hi-res product and lifestyle photography that we can use to immediately understand your brand and resonate with your audience.
